Argentina’s technology industry is experiencing huge growth. His pro-market and pro-business policies are aimed at opening up and modernising the country’s economy. Some sectors have resisted the changes. But others are benefiting such as tech start-ups. Correspondent Joel Richards met with some entrepreneurs in Buenos Aires who are creating a regional hub for innovative technology in a variety of fields.
Argentina is expecting many more changes to the economy with labor and tax reform being discussed. But as the economy opens, so does competition from established international companies.
